Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("TOS") form a binding legal agreement between you ("Creator," "you," "your") and HopMembers ("we," "us," "our") regarding your use of the HopMembers platform and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these TOS. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

The Service

HopMembers provides tools for creators to manage subscriptions, process payments, and control access to external services such as Telegram and Discord. We do not guarantee the quality, availability, or outcomes of any creator content or services.

User Accounts

You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your account details updated. You are responsible for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

Creator Subscriptions and Member Access

Creators can create and manage subscription tiers with different pricing, content access, and benefits. Subscription renewals and cancellations are managed via your HopMembers account. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue subscriptions to protect platform integrity.

Subscriber Data Processing: By using HopMembers, you authorize us to process your subscriber data, including subscription history, cancellation patterns, and engagement metrics, for the purpose of providing our services. This processing is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

Platform Fees and Automatic Payment Authorization

By using HopMembers, you agree to pay platform service fees, calculated as a percentage of your subscription revenue or other applicable charges. These fees:

• Are invoiced monthly, covering platform services provided during that period
• Will be automatically deducted from your payouts or charged to your stored payment method
• Are due by the 10th of each month to avoid service interruptions

If your fees remain unpaid:

• Your subscription page may be disabled
• Subscription management within your connected groups (e.g., Telegram, Discord) may be paused
• Payouts from your subscribers may be held until outstanding fees are resolved

By accepting these TOS, you authorize HopMembers to automatically deduct applicable fees from your payouts or stored payment method.

Creator Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and adapt your content as required to deliver the Service. HopMembers retains ownership of the platform, its code, design, and branding.

Acceptable Use and Content Restrictions

You must comply with all applicable laws and platform rules. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, material that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or violates intellectual property rights, as well as content restricted by Stripe's Acceptable Use Policy (https://support.stripe.com/questions/acceptable-use-policy?locale=en-GB) and (https://stripe.com/gb/legal/restricted-businesses). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

Data Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to these practices.

Refunds

Creators are responsible for handling refund requests from their subscribers. HopMembers reserves the right to issue refunds, override creator refund decisions, or withhold payouts to protect users and the platform.

Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about its availability, reliability, or suitability. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service, including direct, indirect, or consequential losses.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for fee non-payment or TOS violations.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes may be addressed through mediation or binding arbitration.

Governing Law

These TOS are governed by the laws of [Your Country].

Changes to These Terms

We may update these TOS at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the Service signifies your acceptance of updated terms.
